GS6NBEXRL01 Ice dispenser door acting a fool

The dispenser door sometimes gets stuck in the closed position or sometimes get stuck in the open position.  Both the motor and the board have been changed. I believe it has to do with the board sensing the position of the door and somehow that calibration gets out of whack. Has anyone seen this? Is there anyway to reset it?

There are two boards in the dispenser. Which one did you change?

I spoke incorrectly. I reviewed my open work orders and found that we have not changed the control boards. We did replace the dispenser motor and that fixed the problem for a short period of time. I believe there is a calibration feature on this unit. Does anyone have any suggestions?
