LG washer WM0642HW Squeal From Dispenser Area

At certain times during adding water through the dispenser there is a "squeal" that comes out of the dispenser area.  I cant tell if its during hot warm or cold filling or it has something to do with some other initiation.

Its the type with the dispenser on the top.

Any help appreciated.

Usually a failing Water Valve.

Press and hold the SPIN SPEED and SOIL LEVEL buttons

Press the POWER button and release/let go of all three buttons

Wait for the door to lock (single click sound)

Press the START/PAUSE button 4 times at one second intervals

This will activate the cold water valve for PRE-WASH

5th time: Cold fill for MAIN WASH

6th time: Hot water

7th: Fabric Softener (cold)

8th: Bleach (cold)
