My icemaker stopped working.

Flow tube is all clear & not frozen.  Water pressure is good.  Inlet valve tests OK.  Installed new icemaker and still no ice.  Tested icemaker with jump wire and nothing happens. Is it a power problem?

Wondering what to do next.  Could wire harness in icemaker be bad?  Used original when installing new icemaker.  Only other thing I can think of is the inlet valve but that seemed to test OK.

Appreciate any/all help.  Thanks.

Do a continuity check on the harness, particularly the wire with the white and black rectangular tbermal fuse. Then again I could be mistaken since you did not provide a model number.

btw, what are your freezer temps?

Possible bad door switch?

And if testing/jumping T-H on ice maker you must tape door switch shut or ice maker won't work on alot of bottom freezer units.

Sounds like the harness to me.

Kicks major Samsung booty first, asks diagnostic questions later.
