Howdy. I am having problems with the condenser fan motor not turning full speed. I just replaced it with a new motor and have the same problem. Any thoughts on what my be causing the motor to turn very slow?

When the compressor turns on the motor will spin at full speed.  Otherwise the motor is spinning very slow and gets very hot.

Thanks!

sounds like a bad solid state Condenser Relay that turns the Condenser Fan ON,

whenever either Compressor is running

You'll need to call SZ or go to their website and find an authorized SZ parts distributor in your area.  SZ made the colossally stupid decision to restrict their parts distribution to just a handful of companies.  This inconveniences the customer and keeps price for replacement parts high.  If you call them, you should register your complaint about this predatory practice.
