washer will not agitate or spin it tries to but it only moves just a hair like its trying to start but nothing happens any input would be helpfull.

None I could find but I may have erased them trying to get into diagnostic mode

Were you able to enter diagnostic mode? I have had some maytag washers that were built by samsung do this. The problem was the main board. Try running the washer again and see if you get any error codes.

can you turn the drum by hand, i had a lady saying the drum wouldnt turn and it turned out the basket was broken and wedged in the tub

Drum turns free and I will try a diagnostic mode tomm and see if a code come up
