110.27032603 kenmore oasis washer won't spin.

Have gone through many of the web help options availible, and so have not identified a clear root cause.

Resistence at P5 pins 1-2/2-3/3-1 are all 31.5 ohms

Resistence at P10 pins 1-7 is 21K ohms.

All connections to motor are ok.  I can spin the shaft by hand, so the bearing is not seized.

 

Touchpad controls work fine.

I don't want to just start throwing parts at the washer.

What are some other options to try?
