Long time customer has recently moved into a new home. She now has a Miele Dishwasher model G843scvi. She has a complaint of hearing a loud snap and now the door is heavy and has removed her right side shin from the rest of her lower leg when opening the door.

We don't work on Miele dishwashers normally but as mentioned she is a good long time customer. I have attempted to research this model on line in hopes of finding ANY mentions of a door spring type repair. As I assume it isn't to problematic  for to make this repair for her, I am unable to locate any type of blow up diagram of this or any Miele dishwasher to at least get a view of what-Is what, and parts likely needed for the repair. Any links, downloads, pictures or other trade secrets would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Probably snapped one of the door springs.  The dishwasher will need to be removed from the cabinet and then the side panels removed to inspect/replace.

From PM:

Am I able to order a cable and spring kit for this model? If so do you carry Miele parts.

You'll need to buy Miele parts directly from Miele. That's just how they roll.
