Just read Patricos  post and problem,  I have tried to get my customer to let me back in the house, so I don't have an update, but this sure tells me a little bit of research and a few questions before hand, before going out to a call is well worth the time.  The combined knowledge here is worthy.  I quit assuming it was a basic problem, but I always start with the basics.  Is it plugged in, is the power on, pluges are connected.  Had a GE washer no power, I thought oh it's probally the fuse again blown, Nope I stopped took panel lose and the connector had come undone.

I may not get to work on this one but with all the schooling here I am mo-betta ready to get-er done on the next one.  Thanks for your time to respond.
