Turn power on, press start, fills with water, then sits there.

 

I'm not too familiar with bosch, is this a computer issue??

Tone!!! Your killing me man. Not everything is a computer issue. Lol. It could be that but don't jump to the computer first thing. Request a tech sheet and manual. Be repaired to pull it out of the hole.

Could be a jammed or stuck wash impeller.  has this dishwasher sat unused for a while?

Haha, I think everything is a computer issue. 

As far as I know it has been in consistent use, I didn't dig too deep considering I didn't know what the hell I'm doing.

I'll get the manual and take it from there
