door will not seal shut from time to time. What would cause that?

Check the door closer assy at the bottom hinge.  It consists of a closer arm and spring.  Also check for proper alignment of the door which can be adjusted at the upper hinge.  The Sub Zero door gaskets are pretty resilient so unless it's damaged I would only replace as last resort.

found and removed a lot of grime on the spring/hinge and voila, the door closes properly. Many thanks!
