My turntable does not work. I replaced the motor thinking that was the problem and it is not. I checked the voltage coming to the motor and it is low...too low to run the motor. Can someone offer some advice or direct me to a service manual? I am thinking it is the control board. Thanks in advance!

The 21vAC for the TurnTable Motor and the Stirrer Motor is derived from a winding Tap on the Fan Motor.
Either the Stirrer Motor is partially shorted, causing the low voltage,
OR the Fan Motor is bad.
Disconnect the Stirrer Motor and then see if the TurnTable Motor runs.

Thank you for the reply! I have had some family issues and not had time to look at this again but I hope to get around to it this weekend. Again thank you!
