DOes any one have any experience with glass cooktop soft touch buttons not working, working intermittently? I have one button which works some of the time and another that doesn't function at all?

I'm having trouble with that model number.  Don't see it listed with F+P or DCS.

We bought this cooktop new but have had it in storage (3+years) whilst we undertook the renovation/rebuild of the kitchen. It was fitted in late January 2014 (yes I know that was a while ago but good things take time).

Is there any way of checking functions or service manual that could shed light on this?
