Have the above oven that after a power failure will not light the top burners for afew days and then starts working, except this time its been 2 weeks and no burners. Also showing PF on display, is there a reset procedure for this unit.

The unit has a safety solenoid that shuts the gas off on a loss of power. For some reason, they omitted this from the Use and Care Guide. It is not covered in the tech sheet either, how convenient! Look at the control panel to see if there is a little picture of a padlock that says something like surface (not to be confused with the control lock). You may have to find and hold that key until the surface solenoid opens and allows gas to flow...
