This unit starts and then cuts itself off. Any technical information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the download. The unit is lighting up and you can go through the menu, but when you press select, the unit does not respond. I removed the power for a few minutes and it reset. The customer will let me know if it acts up again, but as of yesterday, it was working properly.
