Will not spin, when put in drain spin cycle it pumps a short while then shuts off and the lock light just flashes for a few minutes then shuts down.

Need to put into diagnostics and retrieve the error codes, most likely you're going to see things pertaining to motor can't get to correct speed.

 

Sounds like the classic symptoms of a bad shift actuator, (the shift actuator contains the shift motor and speed sensor) - even if the basket spin sensor lights flash in the sensor test cycle and show that it is good it can still be your problem.
