Bosch Nexxt 5000 dryer wtmc3521uc/03 resets after a few minutes

I customer called me and says that his Bosch dryer wtmc3521uc/03 runs for a few minutes then just stops, and the time reading goes back to full.

 

He said that he knows how to reset the computer (which solved some problem he used to have) but that does not do anything now.

 

What could make it stop early with no error?  He says it runs and heats but the time just resets and it stops.

I'll see what I can dig up on this model.  In the meantime check for proper air flow at the exhaust vent as well as any restriction at the lint screen.  Also make sure the door is latching and properly actuating the door switch.
