Hey guys haven't been on here in a while. Customer washed a Queen sized comforter and 2 count 'em 2 twin sized comforters ALL as 1 load. Unit is flashing F06 E02 golng by the "tech sheet" it said replace the CCU did that still got code after further review it said replace MCU did that still got same code now it says replace UI user interface. the problem is there are 2 boards on back side of panel which one is the UI or are they both considered the UI? Please help customer has been very patient but I'm losing mine on this one. I appreciate any input on this thanks again fellers.

The fault does indicate a communication problem from the UI to the CCU.  And it could be either UI, center or right, or in the wire connectors.  There is an interface diagnostic test in the tech sheet, but I'm not sure if it will help you isolate the problem.  Your model doesn't show the right UI in the lookup, only the center UI, and availability doesn't look good.  I do see the console is available as an assembly that should include both UIs, but would need to verify your complete model number.  I have that assembly as P/N Part number: W10388425

Model #WFW95HEXW0 Thanks for your help on this. Cust. is kind of iffie about spending more money. I'm able to get the UI in 3 days express I'm concerned if it doesn't fix it what else could it be?
