My Kenmore series 90 dryer hums but won't start turning. I've already changed out the thermal cut-off and the thermostat but that didn't help. Is the motor shot? How can I tell with a multimeter?

Model number.........:bathead:  Open the door and get us the model number off of the serial tag.
