Bosch stove - needed an oven ignitor. Original ignitor to be replaced is a brand name Norton. Went to Appliance Parts Pros and per the web they don't have anything specific to my model (not sure the system actually recognized the model), but they have lots of flat Norton-style ignitors in the $30 and up range. Unfortunately these flunked the online "compatability check: So I did the chat thing with a representative, and wound up buying a Bosch brand ignitor for $80+.

Is there any difference in flat (non-blue) Norton style ignitors assuming the holes line up? I don't necessarily mind buying the one that I did, but I'm trying to come up with a meaningful difference in the cheap one vs the factory replacement.

Thanks!
