I got service ticket just now on this fridge.  Customer complaint is that the fridge will quit cooling.  In the temp display up top it has the hash marks like it needs programmed.  She said eventually she can get it to kick back on and show a display and start to cool again.  My first thought is the infamous jazz board.  Usually they don't shut the compressor off as we all know.  Has anyone seen this go the other direction?
