Hi

Have error code 20 which the user manual indicates as "Not Draining".

Checked drain hose for kinks, cleaned filters, sink trap, etc and still not working.

Thinking the drain pump has died as unit is close to 10 years old.

Can anyone provide instruction or service manual content on how this part can be replace.

I have sourced where I can find part, just wondering if I can myself.

Thanks in advance.

Tim
