Hi,

This is an electric stove.

The Bake and Broil elements work fine when used individually.

BUT, when the Self Clean cycle is used, only the Bake element comes on.

When starting the Clean cycle, everything sets OK and the door locks.

Then the Bake element comes on and stays on, but the cleaning cycle ends

the same way. The oven isn't clean.

Seems like the clock assembly should be the culprit here, but I'm not up on

self cleaning mechanisms.

Any help, much appreciated.

Bruce

Yup, it's a bad clock.
