Does anyone still have Dacors instructions on how to properly test oven temperatures?  I used to have it but can't find it.  They listed a fluke that has two temp probes that you can use at the same time.  I had them but can't find them anymore.  I would like to get the meter they used but can't find out which one it was.

Thanks.
