 hello everyone

this fridge makes weird motor running sound inside the food compartment i suspect damper motor is this right  then what causes the damper makes this sound  and how to change the motor cause i could not figure out how to remove the cover on the top back wall of fridge  what is the trick thanks in advance

Pull cover off damper assembly /  Remove two screws / Remove reset of cover.  Damper W10196393 will pop off.
