I have an HE4t and have gotten the F11 code. I've seen the recommendations to check the connections for the communication cable from the CCU to the MCU, and even have re-soldered those pins.  I still get the F11 code when I run the diagnostics. The diagnostics start fine, cycle through step C00 and C01.  When it moves to advance to the next phase (C02), it throws the F11 code again.  Given that the unit has falied at the same point each time during diagnostics, (C02), is my problem the communication between the CCU/MCU, or might it be a different problem.

Any suggestions are welcomed.
