Dacor ECS / ECD Wall Oven Service Manual

Dacor ECS / ECD Wall Oven no bake. Turn the oven on, it starts to preheat, heat coming from convection fan, but bake element does not heat. I know it could be the element, but the customer is 25+ miles from me, and I live in Seattle, worst traffic and worst drivers in the U.S.. Customer sent me a picture of the bake element, and also had her look for any burn marks or pops on the element. From this I don't think its the element. The service manual is what I need to know how to locate the relay board.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Rich

I don't think there is a full service manual on either of these ovens, but this may help.

ELECTRONICS
Wall Ovens and Ranges
Diagnostic Test Manual

As long as control panel accepts in put. Access thru top.Remove door(s). Pull oven out far enough, 10 inches(ish) and you'll see an access panel in top. A few screws hold it in place. May have to remove control panel also. 4-5 screws on bottom. Pull straight out. Better viewing this way. "Should" be a wiring diagram inside top section. If you have heat from broil and convection elements then just pull out bake and ohm it before pulling oven out. Power off at breaker of course. If good then replace relay board. Can't help with the manual, sorry.

Sorry for the late update. It was the relay board. Dacor has way to many connectors on their boards. They have the same color wires on ten connections. So if you ever work on a Dacor mark all connections. They are totally USA made.
