I have a problem with slow cold water fill on my washing machine. I have replaced the water inlet valve with a new one but still have the same issue. I am on a well but both hot and cold have good water pressure. Can you tell me what else could be the problem?

Restriction in the cold water hose? If the hot comes in fast then there's usually nothing else in the machine to restrict the flow.

Kicks major Samsung booty first, asks diagnostic questions later.

No restriction in the cold water hose and brand new inlet valve. Could their be a problem with the timer or circuit board?
