So just purchased a new samsung slid in range and having some problems with it. And now the second tech just left. We noticed when we initially turned the oven on at 400 for an hour (to burn off production oils) that the front control panel and door handle became uncomfortable to touch. THen we noticed that that are became extremely hot to touch and would probably burn your skin if touched for more than a second. The first person samsung sent out said nothing wrong and it was a design flaw. The second repairman just left and said the cooling fan needs to be reversed. Does that seem correct? The stove blows air from around the stove then out the vents just above the door, is this correct (according to the repairman it should be sucking air in there)? any help would be greatly appreciated
