All Appliantology tech members are invited to join in this workshop on all things Appliantological: bidness, customers, tools, troubleshooting, flavorite brewski, whatever. Webcams and microphones are open and live!
This workshop is also a great time for any students at Master Samurai Tech to bring any and all questions about the coursework. We're happy to walk through any concepts you're having trouble with. Think of it like office hours with your teachers.
If you have a specific appliance problem you'd like us to talk about, post it here! We need a problem statement and a PDF of the tech sheet or schematic so we can all see it on screen share. If you have a PDF that isn't already in the File library here at Appliantology, send it to us by attaching it to the contact form.
Also, follow this Calendar Event so you'll get notified of new posts here. Look for the "Follow" button either at the top of the topic on desktop or below the topic on mobile.
Who: This workshop is only available to tech members at Appliantology.
When: Saturday, April 27 @10:00 AM Eastern Time.

First thing I'd check is detergent usage. Two tablespoons of liquid He detergent for a normally sized, normally dirty load.  I have seen people pour whole capfuls in and then wonder why their clothes are still soggy.

Second thing I'd check is if you're trying to do too few towels (should come up about a quarter way up the tub) or too many (you should not be loading stuff all the way to the top.)

So many things on a Cabrio can cause this behavior. Bad door lock, the rotor coming down half way off the stator, the RPS sensor going bad, the stator windings wearing out, a bad bearing, suspension rods resting in a rusted frame, and I'm sure there's more I'm not thinking about.

Your machine should have a tech sheet to show you how to pull error codes. Looking at the parts drawing, I believe you'll need to take out the two quarter inch screws on the very top of the green hinges in back, leaving the bottom ones.  Then there's a small plate on the back, held in place by one quarter inch screw.  Take that off. Then slide the top forward and wiggle it over the hooks that hold it in place. Lift up and your tech sheet will be in an envelope on your left hand side.

If the first two things I mentioned don't clear the problem, pull error codes and post them here.

If it is knocking and throwing uL codes, I would suspect the susension rods. Have replaced many of these for uL errors and knocking badly during spin.
