Maytag refrigerator shelves not level

I took out the shelf/unit and looked at the sides of the fridge, and it looks like there are supposed to be two little plastic nubbies that come out of the sides that the drawer unit sits on. Problem is, it looks like those nubbies are broken off - I found a broken one at the bottom of the fridge. Worse, it looks like these things are not replaceable - like there's a big plastic bracket behind the sides of the fridge that these nubbies extend from, which you have to remove the inner sides of the fridge to get it.
Somebody please tell me I don't have to take this whole refrigerator apart to fix this problem!

I think the unit that the meat drawer hangs from (#22) is supposed to hang on these little studs. They're what's broken off. Of course, I guess it's possible that #22 might not hang on these, but I can't see where #22 is supposed to sit on anything else - and it's my bet the light bulb isn't where it's supposed to be sitting.
Also, I couldn't download the manual. I tried it twice. Each time it seemed to try, then after awhile said "file timed out." Thanks for your help.

Xdrive is having a bad hair day. I emailed the download link to you separately, that should work. If not, let me know and I'll email you the manual directly. Also, I couldn't download the manual. Check on the hardware when you get home and let me know.

The little studs actually look a lot like this:
http://www.repaircli...ccPartID=785606
but the problem is, it looks like you have to access to the outside of the refrigerator compartment, because the studs stick through a hole in the inner liner of the refrigerator that's barely as big as the narrow part of the stud. Or else does that whole inner liner of the refrigerator slide out somehow? It doesn't look like it. Maybe the outer metal skin slides off? Wow.
I'm afraid at this point, I may have to rig up something like putting in some wooden posts to sit these drawer frames on top of. Maybe glue them in with a hot glue gun - those things are amazing. "Mmmmm ... hot glue ... is there anything you can't do?"

You mean that stud isn't screwed in there with a philips screw!? If you look straight in it with a flashlight, you don't see a recessed screw in that hole?but the problem is, it looks like you have to access to the outside of the refrigerator compartment, because the studs stick through a hole in the inner liner of the refrigerator that's barely as big as the narrow part of the stud.

The inner liner of the refrig section isn't shown anywhere and is not a servicable part, if you crack your liner the only thing to do is repair in any manner that you can dream up, epoxy, dowels, screws, etc. just like your thinking.
I think the only way we can help you much farther is to see a picture of what your dealing with.

I did some more research and found the solution in a kit that Maytag makes specifically for this problem, (strange Maytag/Whirlpool couldn't tell them about this kit when asked about this problem - they said they had no clue what the guy was talking about).
Here's the part# 12001771 kit that contains instructions and one support - price ranges from $12-$20 each and you could need up to 4 for each shelf and there are 3 shelves, (the person I researched this for needs all 4 supports on all 3 shelves - obviously a very bad design).
Here's the service bulletin: http://servicematter...cs/16010072.pdf
It contain the support part# 61005050 which may or may not come with instructions. Some parts places sub this # to the above part, others you can still order by this part# and it is only around $7 each.
