Hello, I have a Frigidair FFGF3015LM with a pilot light out. I cannot lift the top of the stove! I've tried everything. I looked in the manual, and nothing. Am I missing something?

The model number is missing one letter at the end.  However, these models do not use a pilot light.  They have electronic ignition systems.

Sure hope you haven't tried to hard to lift the top, you have to remove all the burners before using a putty knife to release the two front clips, (one on each side).  If you have release the clips and pulled up to hard or far on the top there is a good chance you're going to need to replace the front burner orifice holders and gas tube assemblies, (trying to lift the top with burners still attached will crimp and break the gas tubes).

Depending on the missing letter your range was manufactured sometime between 2010 and 2015 which would mean the spark module for the surface burners is also located under the cooktop, (not on the back where they used to be easily accessible).

Do any of the surface burner ignitors click/spark when you turn any surface burner on, if NO, can you light the burners with a lighter?  If they light with a lighter and none of the surface burners spark when you turn any burner on then you either have a bad spark module or a broken, (maybe mice chewed), wire from spark switches to spark module.

If you are only having problems with one burner you could have a bad spark switch on that burner, if that is the case you could turn any other burner on and when it lights leave the knob in the light/spark position then turn the one on that isn't working, if it lights that tells you the ignitor/ignitor wire and module are all OK and you have a bad spark switch on that one burner - you would still have lift the cooktop to replace the spark switch assembly - if one is bad you replace them all as a set, (they are all wired together).
