Hi, Please give me suggestions on what to do. My dishwasher will not drain fully. I have cleaned out the (can't remember what it's called!) thing on the back of the sink - what else could it be? Thanks

I had someone help me on my GE dishwasher and I will share it with you. If it does not work, no loss.
After the cycle is finished, start the dishwasher again in "rinse" only. AS SOON AS the cycle starts, hit the "cancel" button and see if it drains after that is finished.
I understand, even if this did work, it would only be a temporary fix of a real problem.
