All Appliantology tech members are invited to join in this workshop on all things Appliantological.
We have a special session planned for this one. Instead of the usual Show 'n Tell on a technical topic, we're going to post tech sheets in the comments to this Calendar Event (scroll down to see what's posted so far) and ask specific questions that can only be answered by reading the tech sheet. If you at least try to answer the questions beforehand, you'll get a lot more out of it. The tech sheet and the questions are posted in the comments section below.
Your mission, if you should choose to accept it, is to check out the questions for each one and try to answer them ahead of time. Then come to the Dojo to see how well you did!
Who: This workshop is only available to tech members at Appliantology.
When: Saturday, April 27 @10:00 AM Eastern Time.
      Where: Online via Zoom
      How:
Click here to go to the forum topic with the registration link. If you're interested, register now. Arrive a couple minutes early to make sure your connection is working. Set a reminder for yourself for this workshop so you don’t miss it.  And check out past workshops here: https://appliantology.org/announcement/33-webinar-recordings-index-page/

Frigidaire model FWT645RHS0 front load washer. I replaced drain pump that had failed and now washer will fill and not start to tumble. Door lock light is on. if I open dispenser door door lock light goes off and door can immediately be opened. if I push in start/stop knob door light goes off and door can immediately be opened. i can rotate timer dial while washer is on and all that happens is drain cycle starts and fill cycle starts. Before drain pump failed everything was fine.

Is the air dome connected?  is the pressure hose connected to the air dome?  Is the pressure hose connected to the pressure switch up above?

I have checked all of those and it is all ok. the pressure switch is shutting off the water fill, when I remove the hose it overfills. i have checked for voltage to the motor control board and am getting only 35 volts from the timer control. checked motor windings and got 3.4 Ohms. I'm thinking it's the timer not sending proper voltage to the motor control. is there anything else I should test?

You should have 120vac out of the timer at the black side terminal 4 T.

Found the culprit, the drum had hit the timer case and the harness plug was almost off the pins.bent the sheet metal back out, pushed the plug back on and good to go. I should have just been more observant.

Make sure you take a look at the tub shock absorbers.  I had one a little while ago same issue as yours where the timer plug was out and the shocks were broken. If you have the older white style shocks they should be updated to the newer kit.
