Kinda dumb question - how open dishwasher if no handle / panels yet

I have a new KitchenAid dishwasher (model KDTM504EPA).  The panels are not here yet, so basically I have this black flat interior panel visible with no obvious way to open the thing.

There has to be a way to open it... but how?  I was thinking: might be able to carefully put a rag-covered screwdriver / flat bar in at the top edge of the panel and pry it open, noting gotta use kid gloves because that's where the control panel is, on the top edge.

Use a suction cup.

I would avoid damaging the control panel by trying to insert something like an allen wrench or two into the top most holes in the outer panel where the panels are to be attached and pull from there.
