Water does not dispense but ice cubes are being made and dispense.

Not in the recall...could be a frozen water line/tank, the fill valve could have gone bad on the water disp side or something inside of the disp. that opens the valve has gone bad...any noise at all when you activate the lever??  filter could be frozen or clogged also...

Yes there is sound when I engage the water dispenser.

Might want to see if you have 120 volts to the fill valve when push the lever, if so you either have a bad valve or something is clogged or frozen between the valve and the spout.

You might want to jack the freezer side temp to "6" and the frig side temp to "38", then be patient and wait for two days and see if it thaws on it's own, and goes back to working for you...(this works for my GE Profile Artica - just a suggestion).
