GE Refrigerator stopped making cold

Hello.  Well its been exactly 5 years and our GE refrigerator stopped working.  The temps are now 60 and 45.  It sounds like the fan is running so it must be either the start relay or the motherboard.   Where and how do I check these?  Could it just be dirty and need to be cleaned?  Need some guidance.

I took the back off and I believe the condenser is running.  It is vibrating and warm to the touch.  Temps seem to be holding steady so I am at a loss of what to do.

It is a Samsung in GE clothing, if the compressor is running and the temps are that high, you have a sealed system issue... likely you are losing refrigerant. I don't see any gas valve solenoid to possibly blame in this system, nor does this have any diagnostics I know how to initiate, any Samsung officianados out there have the fast track for this GE?

Should be able to use this GE Service manual for that  31-9162  but does sound like seal system problem.

System problem for sure.....I've been running into restrictions. Sometimes a moisture restriction(guessing) and other times it could be related to contamination of one reason or another(that's what I believe most of it is). So far I've only had to replace one cap tube, which was a total nightmare. but I have another cap tube replacement nightmare for either tomorrow or the next day on a $3K LG(French Door) with ALL the bells and whistles........a royal PIA........and I'm gonna be drilling holes.......(I can't wait) But, in my experience the restrictions have been either in or at/near the filter/drier......and a few times where the cap tube is entering the evaporator. I'm kinda getting used to these but I definitely don't look forward to doing these jobs. But I'm only giving you the most common problems......your milage may vary....

My advice, if you are ignorant enough to take on such a job.......LOL....yeah, I'm stupid.....but I admit it....I'm an ignorant beer drinking mofo that doesn't know sh#t............anyway......I'd have two filter/driers on hand......nitrogen.....vacuum pump,  capillary tube.....heat gun/hair dryer.....foam seal......etc.......and be prepared to stay there 6-7 hours(just in case)....or the entire day(if they have beer.....)....and price accordingly. Or just give it a shot on one of your off days......anyway.......if you have any questions I'll try to help ya out.....it's fun fun fun.......Sunshine and Lollipops........
