kenmore dishwasher model 36316121100, sometimes drain out water and sometimes it does not drain. eventhough drain solenoid is push down position it won't drain. but if i advance the cycles and wait. it will drain out the water find. resistance on solenoid is about 45 ohms. water fill level is pretty low compare to a old type of g.e. dishwasher.
