Hello. Glad I came across this site. Some delivery guys just tried to install a new-from-the-box GWL11 was from F&P. When they plugged it in, we got some tones and the lights went on-then-off in a wave across the face of the control panel. After that, nothing. No Power button action - No Start action. We waited for a minute and tried again. Same thing. I don't have the manual and don't know what this was indicating. Does anyone have any ideas on the significance of this behavior? TIA. Regards.

See if the machine willl enter diagnostic mode: Press and hold the WASH TEMP DOWN button and then POWER button until it gives two short beeps and lights up. Nothing happens? Check the outlet for for valid 120VAC. If that's good, have 'em replace the washer.

EDIT: unplug and then plug the washer cord back in before doing the tests above.
