Magic-chef model 61ea-3kw.  when i watch the bake cycles, it takes little longer to ignite than normal .   I can hear big swooshing sound.  flat bar ignitor amp  2.7.  top four burner ignites fine.  customer mention that , it almost burnt her eye brow.

Sounds like it's time to replace the ignitor, signs of an ignitor going bad, takes a long to light burner.

Flat bar ignitors need to draw 3.0 - 3.2 amps to work correctly.
