I have a Crosley CS21A2 side by side. The coil keeps freezing over every 3 to 5 days making the fridge stop cooling and the freezer stop freezing. I have already replaced the defrost timer and that didn't fix my problem. The fridge also made a clicking noise a lot now it only clicks when you turn the temp control knob off then turn it back on, but the clicking doesn't last long. I also noticed that it seems like the fan is always running. Can you guide me in the right direction? Thanks

Sounds like you still have a defrost problem so check the defrost heater and the defrost termination thermostat. The clicking could be the compressor trying to restart. When it shuts off you have to wait 3-5 minutes for the system to equalize before trying to restart it again, so do not turn the C/C off and right back on or you will be replacing the compressor start parts or worse. The fans will run when the compressor is running and the C/C is calling for cold but with the box iced up it is never cooling down so the compressor and fans will never shut off. Look at the rest of your defrost system to find the answer to your problem..
