when i open the admiral top ref, model rtsa174aae . on top of fresh food divider ,there were ice building up on right corner. and some other areas. also freezer settings are very hard to turn.. it seems to be driange problem. do i need to change freezer insulation or just need to clean the drain line. I would say it is about 12 to 15 years old top freezer and bottom fresh food refrigerator. also customer mention that some of the fresh food gets frozen.
