having problems with the programmer reverting back to rinse all the time

anyone tell me how to reset the thing ?

I dont have ant paperwork for theappliance, it was in the house when we moved in 14 months ago

i can however give you 2 serial numbers found on stickers..............

i will add, as it may help, that i'm in the UK and our model numbers may differ to yours !

tech sheet should be attached to the backside of the lower kick panel,all folded up neatly in a plastic pouch- look it over,it has tons of information on it.- but remember to put it back where you found it.

thanks, but its an integrated appliance and there isnt a lower kick panel

better call someone out I guess

Have you tried turning it off at the wall and then restarting it after a minute?  If this does not work , does it have a dial on the front with a start button or buttons on the top of the door?
