Looking for an appliance technician in San Diego

30 January 2013 - 05:27 PM

Busy appliance repair company needs a technician. Some training available - experience preferred but not necessary if you are a quick learner (or already familiar with physics, mechanics, electronics, and logic). One of my technicians was previously an auto mechanic and fits in well with appliances so if you've been working in a similar industry, give us a try.

Applicants should be fast learners, go-getters, be mechanically inclined, and have excellent customer service skills. Must be legal to work in USA and must have drivers license. Must be drug-free. Must be willing to work at least 5 days a week. We run our business with honesty and integrity, you should be the same.

Email me your credentials and a phone number where you can be reached.   Adam@econoappliance.com

Don't call my office!!  Email me instead.

Thank you

Maytag MAH22PD just says "SYNC" and then four lines

28 February 2011 - 10:29 PM

Hey guys,

I hate to be the one asking questions in here but even appliance techs need help sometimes.

We're looking at a Maytag Neptune coin-op front loader MAH22PD that just displays either "SYNC" or "----" and will not function.

I have all the service writings for the MAH21PD but it seems that the MAH22 is different.

Would anybody happen to know about this problem, or have a service manual for the MAH22PD they could share?

Thanks in advance!

WHAT IS UP WITH Kenmore / Whirlpool bellows w10189283

09 April 2010 - 12:47 PM

Does anybody know what's going on with Kenmore / Whirlpool bellows W10189283 ???

I've had two on order since December and two very pissed off customers...

Everytime we get to the ETA,  it is pushed back two more weeks... and this has been going on since I ordered the parts in Dec.

PS this is in the appliance war forum because I have some customers who are ready to wage war with ME over this.....

Samsung RB1855SL no work after unplugged for 5 days!!

05 February 2010 - 01:01 PM

Hey guys!!!

Samsung bottom-mount refrigerator,    RB1855SL,     was unplugged for 5 days.

Once plugged back in,  it starts to cool but the freezer only cools for one cycle.    After one cooling cycle,   the LCD temp display starts to blink and the freezer side stops cooling.

Tried unplugging the unit,   and also resetting the computer (done by holding any two buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds) to no avail.     After resetting,  it always does the same - cools for one cycle and then stops,    freezer side LCD temp display starts to blink (the entire thing, not a segment)

I will likely order the PCB board as well as the temp sensors,    but wanted to see if anybody here at fixitnow.com has anything to say about this problem??

Thanks in advance....
