yeah, i have to go back and check the resistance of that sensor once my new meter arrives
some #$%#! stole my tools last week,i'm just using a cheap 10 dollar one till my new one arrives

remove back panel, speed board is on the base,on the right hand side
grasp the drum from the back, pull it towards that board,watch where it may contact that board
see if there is any wiring is routed in that spot,if so, check those wires for breaks or pinch marks

you never mentioned if you checked the heater to make sure it is not shorted to ground
