If this is a metal liner model there is a dispenser heater kit available that may correct the freezing issue. Part number: WR49X10173

This is a relatively inexpensive repair but always tell the consumer that it is not 100% and the door may need to be replaced if the heater does not correct the issue.

Nearly every one of these that exhibits this type of failure needs the pressure switch replaced. This is a VERY common problem with this machine.

you may also want to check the hose which connects to the tube for the water level that is connected to the washer tub - sometimes it will be clogged or partially clogged with a black gook that will interfere with the water level sensor correctly measuring the amount of water in the tub-
