 The new part (3354282 Cycle/speed control switch) did the trick.  We have a washer with a working "heavy duty" cycle again!  THANK YOU!!

Thanks for the advice!

I opened up the unit and performed a continuity check on the "Wash Action" selector.

It does, indeed, appear that we have voltage delivered to both motor speeds on the "Heavy Duty" setting.  I'll order the replacement and post a follow-up once it is in place.
