I have same issue with model PSS27NGMDBB. Could you send service manual so I can run diagnostic as well? Thank-you Samurai.

Ok, we can stop trying to reassemble the valve components. I persisted searching the database and found the Kenmore troubleshooting guide which indicates the solenoid is bad on the icemaker supply line. THANKS for trying to help. Ordered the new part.

I have confused you because we're not on the same page. I have no difficulty reconnecting the valve assembly to the hoses. My issue exists in knowing which order and in which side to put the parts located *inside* the valves. I took it apart to make sure there was no sediment blocking the flow of water. That's when I had the unfortunate sudden pain in my back and the thing dropped out of my hand before I could get the parts listed as to which went where. Does that make the muddy water any clearer?

Yessir! Sorry I didn't state it that way. Wanted to make sure you had the correct one to give assistance. New part may be exactly same inside, but I don't know that. Thanks for your help. The solenoids are green and blue (think that's what they're called).
