Dryer will not start. Have 240v at terminal block. Power to timer. 120v to ground on blue wire from timer to motor when dry cycle is selected..  Have power and continuity across both thermal fuses and thermostats. Have power and continuity across door switch. Have 120v on Blue wire from door switch to push to start button. Have 120v on white/red wire at motor connector when start button is depressed. Motor does not start, click, or hum , nothing. Conclusion: Motor has bad start winding. Have I missed something? Mr. Murphy has been kicking my butt lately. Wiring diagram attached.

Just replaced UI console a couple of weeks ago because start key did not work. All other key LEDs would light. Customer called today and said unit had same problem again. Went and checked it and the darned start key would not work again. Cycled power off several times with same results.  All other LEDs will light. Getting ready to call parts supplier but was wondering if there is something else that could cause start key failure? Googled the model number and there seems to be a lot of complaints about UI failures in these units.
