Customer complaint was water left in unit at end of cycle. Inspected and found all lines and sump clear so I ordered a new drain pump. Went into service mode and filled then selected aux motor (drain) and unit drain with good force at airgap. Continued testing to be sure and same slow drain problem came back. It would eventually drain but start out very slow and then pickup force. Removed drain hose and airgap and all are clear. This has a simple drain system. Water from sump enters a large diameter tube straight to pump then out the drain hose. All is clear. It is as if the drain pump is "cavitating." Don't think made in China has anything to do with it. Any thoughts or similar experiences?
