you should do good with part 170 make sure plastic linkage is not broke between shift actuator have do get basket nut off should be 38mm socket

unplug the mi3 cvonnector fromm ccu if it starts and locks than its the mcu u need

take the 2 red wires off of heater relay jump together if heater starts you have a bad relay

whirpool has a different basket with a shorter shaft they also have a thinner nut for the new style basket when changing out

checked connection at motor could be loose , made sure centrifical switch is closing in motor check voltage in and out of motor
